Model of organization and operative sector
Hanoi Electronics Corporation (HANEL) is a State-owned enterprise, established according to Decision No.8733/QD-TCCQ dated 17/12/1984 issued by Hanoi People’s Committee.
HANEL was changed to organize and operate as Model of Parents Company-Subsidiary Company due to Decision No. 104/2004/QD-UB dated 28/6/2004 issued by Hanoi People’s Committee. In there, HANEL is Parents Company which was taken form in base of reorganizing administrative department of HANEL and several units which was entered in the accounts according to HANEL.
HANEL operates as Model of Parents Company-Subsidiary Company, has the legal personality, owned stamp and account which was opened in the State streasury and the Banks; to carry out entering the business accounts; to invest to subsidiary companies and other companies according to Finacial Regulations which was piloted due to Parents Company-Subsidiary Company assigned at Decision No.163/2004/QD-UB dated 26/10/2004 and Decision No. 7345/QD-UB dated 01/11/2005 issued by Hanoi People’s Committee.
